A fine, delicate leafy green with great mustard flavour. It's not hot, works great in all dishes as a salad, or stir fried or even in stews and soups. Likes shade in the afternoon or 30% shade all day in the hotter weather. Overhead watering help heat stress wilt. A must have for any kitchen garden and inspiring chef. Loamy soils with plenty of organic matter and nutrient. Will flower after a few months and set seed. Heirloom variety so save your seeds to be re sown as necessary. Very limited supply as we only tested a small amount of this variety on our farm at Dundee NT this season.
