Water spinach. Likes moist soils, can be grown in swamp conditions, or dam walls ( can be invasive if left unchecked). Young tips and leaves eaten in salads or steamed. High quality Indonesian variety, much sort after. Can be grown from cuttings.
- Under 30% shade cloth or dappled shade from afternoon sun
- Plant seeds in dry season, soil temp below 30 Degrees. Runners planted all year
- Sow 5mm deep in peat pots and planted out
- Soil must be rich and fertile, likes feeding monthly
